KUALA LUMPUR (Dow Jones)--Malaysian conglomerate UEM earth Bhd (1775.KU) Thursday said its unit UEM Land Bhd has agreed to puff 43.5 acres of land in southern Johor state to a unit of Dubai-based capital developer Damac Group for MYR396.4 million ($121 million).
