I have a bought a 2 storey house from one developer whom I feel has not gained much experience in housing development. His works are shoddy and he just hand over the keys to us with all sorts of shortomings.
I had to press him through the ministry to do the rectification works which he had not done effectively and has not completed though the chance has been given to him. We are surpirsed to his poor quality of work, his attitude of caring of his sole responsibilities of the house plus many more as new alarming defects had emerged again. We are now hesitating to give him further opportunity to rectify though the Kementerian Perumahaan had convened a meeting with all of us including the Majli Perbandaharan Selayang. As far as we know this Majlis had approved the house for occupation.
We can’t afford a civil engineer to oversea their work as we had already put all our life savings into his new home whih is only 6 month of occupation. We had moved into this house on 8th November 2009. The keys to this house were handed by the developer to u on 18/9/2009. The defective period i 18 month from then.
Can anybody there help us. We need your assistance very badly.

Now who can assists us in supervising the works that are pending plus those defective works which are not done very effectively and proffesionally.
Can your association provide us the expertise to monitor this second chance of rectifications works given to this errant developer?
