Hi I think Taman Desa is a good location for you. If you live there it only takes 2 minutes to access the Smartlink to KLCC and it take about 15minutes to reach there. During traffic hours it would probably take you 30-45 minutes. To be honest if you want somewhere quiet but near KLCC Taman Desa is your answer. However if you were thinking to get a link house on your budget it would be impossible. Classy Condominiums there range from 300k-1m so I think it would not be a waste of time to have a look. Link houses for your price could be obtainable in Cheras but I believe you wanted somewhere close to city centre. I am no expert but I am just stating my opinions. Good luck!
Apartments in the area costs fron 150k-200k. It is self sustainable and has 1 primary school in it, 2 middle school, 1 hospital, 1 police station, 1 fire station, and not to mention lots of FOOD (Malaysian’s love). Therefore I think if you were buying it would be a great investment and fantastic place to live!
