I have checked the house and found that both bathrooms in the said Property is smaller than the measurement in the layout plan. Please do check your layout plan in the Sale and Purchase Agreement and do your own measurement.
As what can I see is that the bathroom in low cost apartment is bigger than Amansiara.
About the letter delivering vp, please do calculate your late interest from the expiry of the completion date (spa’s date) till the date of MPS’s letter confirmation that Form E has been received by the said authorities.

I am not happy with the house especially there is no kitchen partition wall & both the bath are extremely small…. if we have elderly parents who are on wheel chair, that will be biggest problem to bath them. Anybody have the show house picture? Please put it up especially the kitchen & the bathrooms. Tks.

wah so many problem, pay penuts get penuts. the landslide issue is dangerous. better report to jabatan kaji alam. my friend bought developer cover-up many issue. ex, land not for housing due soft soil & insufficient concrete added during piling. that’s why the water & electricity pipe problem report now before too late. beware !!
The developer cover up many issues. Just wants your hard earned money. Using laws and other technical clauses to confuse all of us. Pls stay united against these bad practise and take note of whom the developer owner is. Never again!
