having the electric tower 50m away from my unit, is this a wise purchase ??
Personal opinion, the units are over priced between 350-380k for such an area.
it is too near to the high voltage cable station!!why shld u risk yourself?yes, personally i think it is over price.the concept is good but the not to stay next to the station..
lagoon villa is quite away from th high tension tower, but the townhouse is nearer. by the way, the intermediate unit for lagoon villa had been transacted at 410-420 k for secondary market.
So many comments about the high tension tower and yet the houses are being snapped, especially these past few weeks.Has the property market really gone up or ppl are desperate for houses ?
I do agree wat Joe pointer out but after seeing and compare with so many project in different plc ,Personally i like the location,the greenand ect.But unforturnelly when i decide to buy tat time all finish ady …

I personally went to the Phase 3 site today to see the progress of my house there. its nearly complete and the worker there doing some painting and touch up here and there. Frankly speaking I start to notice some part of the house workmanship are rather poor. I will make sure they make it good during the house inspection… Overall can’t wait to move in….
Progress of lagoon villas are moving fast day by day. I think the other 2 block will be completed by end of the year or early next year. No need to wait till 2012 only get the key. Hope to hear more voice from the owners.

Lagoon Villas can buy… last week i went to Show Unit… very nice .. Good location,near shop

i aggree with lau. kota kemuning there is worth buying.. but not near station there.. too risky.
