From the begining when we summit doc, the banker help us to apply and appear rate first now we get the rate approval and say that our loan no problem, after that they inform again request my husband employee confirmation letter, bank statement. All doc they need we was prepare summited to them but till now was 1 month 7 days we still pending and banker say tt our doc was in KL pending for big bos approval.
My hubby previously is balcklisted, was settle all debts 3 months ago.
We dun have any debts rite now only got use credit card, both of us income after deduct epf around RM4,800.00 our loan amount inclusive MRTA is around RM224,000.00 payment for 30 years.
Isnt for our situation can get the house loan? usually how long they need to proceed?
